Jonathan greeted me with a smile and a few laughs when checking in. He was amazing! My mom and I were very impressed by how nice the hotel felt when we walked in. The size of the room was also a plus. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room to spread out and not be a bother to each other. The breakfast could've been better, Jonathan said they have continental for now but are working on it getting better. Upon checkout, the gentleman was very friendly and also always had a smile. When people enjoy their job and/or the company they work for, it really shows. I am happy say that both employees I encountered here made my stay an over the top one. Overall, I was incredibly happy to have come across this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for providing exceptional service! (even to a loyal Dolphin's fan lol)

I can’t say enough about this hotel, the room was clean & well lit. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt wonderful but the bed, omg I can honestly say if I could of thrown it in my car I would’ve.. I have never had a more comfortable bed. I felt like I was sleeping on feathers. The pillows were so comfortable that I was asleep in a matter of minutes.. the staff was so friendly an made us feel so comfortable & safe, I never want to stay at another place again, I’m hooked for life..

The breakfast was really good, one of the best hotel breakfast options I've had. We checked in Sunday night and the traffic noise in our room (318) kept my wife awake. I asked the clerk Monday morning whether we could exchange rooms for a quieter location. She put us in room 515 and we had a much quieter Monday night. Very pleasant, very efficient. Solved the issue.

Breakfast had a nice choice of items from hot to cold. I enjoyed the hot coffee. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful with my questions. The bed was super comfy and it was really nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room as I used both. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the color scheme of the room. Very restful!

I had an issue with my card and the manager was so great working with me and getting it figured out!! The work staff that day was amazing even offered me a complimentary drink due to the troubles! They were so sweet and amazing!!
